Site Debug mode: CB redirection with message "Your registration is not yet complete" without empty output
During its normal operations Community Builder often redirects you between pages and this causes potentially interesting debug information to be missed. When your site is in debug mode (global joomla/mambo config is site debug ON), some of these automatic redirects are disabled. This is a normal feature of the debug mode and does not directly mean that you have any problems.

Your host doesn't support CURLOPT_IPRESOLVE. Simply disable Forced IPV4 within FBC configuration.

Thank u

I turned them off both with fb and twitter.

I hope it will b fine..

One of Ur colleagues adviced me to turn off friendly urls. However I'd like my site to have friendly urls.

If I switch it on something goes wrong. I've read about apache and .htaccess

Ill back up the files then try do it then switch on friendly urls.

Could u help me with those settings too?

SEF should work fine, it's just a CURL usage issue and disabling Force IPV4 will fix it. For SEF simply enable it. If you want mod_rewrite usage then you need to rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess through an FTP client or through your hosting panel file manager. Review Joomla documentation for SEF usage as CB doesn't need anything special in this regard.

its not working...

What's not working? What is it doing? Are you receiving the same error as your original post. Joomla version? CB version? FBC version? As a professional subscriber you've access to CB Connect, which I recommend over FBC/TC as they're just cut down versions of CB Connect.

why is it doing it?

That's a Joomla bug. It happens when a Joomla content URL is rendered with SEF, but has no menu item (no Itemid to use). Adding a Joomla menu link to your Joomla content usually gets rid of it, but if not try posting to Joomla forums regarding this. It however is just a notice so it's not going to break anything.
