Depends on how the email field is configured. If it's set to email form then substitution matching it probably won't work. You can try the below though.
Field: Email
Operator: Equal To
Value: [cb:userdata field="email" user="#me" /]
Substitutions respect full access controls and configurations, always keep this in mind when using them.
Please also keep in mind you do not have to display the username field for you to use it as the tutorial details. Simply move it to a tab that is in a not shown on profile position. Ensure the tab is public and published then set the username field to display on profile, but because of its tab position it won't actually be visible however substitutions for it will work fine.
