We have just launched our new Language in Conflict website but a number of subscribers using Internet Explorer are reporting problems when trying to register.

IE users have reported that in order to register they have to to tick the Terms & Conditions button and then un-tick it again, otherwise they cannot register.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

Simone

TOS feature is just a checkbox, nothing special about it. What version of IE specifically are they experiencing this? Are you able to confirm the issue?

The problem appear with the computers running IE9 here on the University campus and other registrars have reported a similar problem - though we've not logged their IE version.

You've something installed that's replacing the checkbox with an image, which doesn't work in IE9. Removing the CSS that's moving the checkbox off screen and using the actual checkbox works perfectly fine. Also you're using and out of date release of CB Bootstrap and probably will want to upgrade to latest.
