For the most part you can't. You can use CSS to remove menu items though, but that doesn't remove their source and just removes their visibility. Inspect the menu item with Chrome or Firebug for Firefox for its class so you can set its display to none. I've no idea what "Relations directes" is though so can't suggest a class.
