There's no documentation for this. Normally you wouldn't have to do this, but Joomla stopped backwards compatible for "task" in favor of "view", which is what causes all this mess.
You'll need to create an Internal menu link to Userlist page. Then navigate to _menu database table and find the database row for the menu link you created (should be last row in the table). Then edit "link" from "index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userslist" to whatever URL you wish to use as seen when editing your userlist (begin with index.php). You can now edit the menu item alias freely and it'll use the link you gave it within database as well as behave like an Internal link.
