AcyMailing plugin not displaying on my Registration form

AcyMailing plugin not displaying on my Registration form was created by sj_polanco

i am running Joomla 2.5 and CB 1.9
i downloaded AcyMailing plugin for CB
I followed the instructions on this tutorial ( www.acyba.com/en/support/documentation/86-acymailing-cbplugin.html#configure )
After configuring it the AcyMailing does not appear on my CB user registration form.
what am i doing wrong?

No idea - maybe ask acymailing team for support since it's their plugin?
