I would like to show a pannel only if the current user id owns to super user group.
The group is in the CB User management but I can't find it in the TAB Conditional field.
You want to hide the Group profile tab except for a certain usergroup? Within CB > Tab Management you can adjust the access permissions for the Groups tab as needed.

The Groups tab doesn't have a profile edit display nor does it allow fields so you shouldn't be seeing it there unless you're rendering it with a substitution. If you're referring to a tab you created then you can disable edit displays using CB Privacy then edit your tab and set it to have no edit display.

Can I get the logged on user id ? Is there a variable foreseen ?
Why am I asking that ? In fact I would like to authorize all register user id to see a tab in the profile view BUT only admin user should be able to edit this tab on edit admin profile or on edit member profile.
Oh, I see. Ok, then you don't need a second tab or substitutions or anything of the sort. Set the tab to be Registered view access level. Now with CB Privacy installed edit the tab and set it to be only editable by CB Moderators. This should give you what you're wanting (registered user display, admin only edit).
