Custom Fields in a Custom Tab data not saving and can not upload Avatar image.

Hi I'm having problem on my Custom Fields in the Customs tabs that i created. When i enter data into these fields and press update..its not saving to database...also when i upload photos on avatar its not updating also..i mean the avatar doesnt changed...

did i missed something?

Hi I'm having problem on my Custom Fields in the Customs tabs that i created. When i enter data into these fields and press update..its not saving to database...also when i upload photos on avatar its not updating also..i mean the avatar doesnt changed...

Joomla version? CB version? What type of fields are they? Just normal CB fields like Text, Select, etc..? Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then attempt to save your profile to see if any errors occur.

i thought Professional Members get a reply within 24 hours? whats happening here?

They are just normal CB fields..Select..Text..specially : BasketBall Scores, Assist etc...


Btw..the issue on Avatar is ok now...i fixed it...but the CB Custom field is not yet...
an i already enable debug and maximum error reporting

Are you using CB Conditionals to condition those fields? As it is able to stop a field that doesn't meet the condition from updating.
