[SOLVED] Select Subscription Plan filter missing options

11 years 11 months ago - 11 years 11 months ago #221924 by Thelowlandpiper
The Select Subscription Plan filter options for the User Management list does not display CBSUbs plans, only Reg/Any Plan Active/No Plan Active. Before upgrading this site I could filter by CBSubs Plans. Have I a plug-in missing? [joomla 2.5.9/Cb 1.9/CBSubs 3]

Ensure your CBSubs plans are published and have an alias.

Strange, please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look. The alias is the only reason for them to not display according to the code that renders the dropdown.

Thansk for the help but it seems that the 'Access Group' field in the Plan>Access tab must have an entry; somehow during the Upgrade from joomla 1.5 this field was emptied. I have set it to Public and the filter now displays all my plans
