Hello again!

I have a group of users with CB1.9.

I added a new required field (multiple checkbox) on a new tab, and this is what happens:
  • New users can subscribe without problem, edit profile without problem.
  • Old users can edit profile without problem, the field and tab are displayed on normal profile view but the field doesn't show on profile edit!
  • Admins cannot edit users profiles on backend, it displays a Required Field message, but the field nor the tab are shown.

Im using CBsubs and Joomla! 3.

Any ideas?

Are you using CB Conditionals to show/hide the field or CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection? Same for the tab the field is on? Is the field Read Only? Have you disabled its Edit display using CB Privacy? You can disable backend profile validation within CB > Config > User Profile and set "Fields validation in Admin" to "No".
