[SOLVED] Reset notification counter was created by mush22
Hello my CB notification module always shows there are 7 new users when there are actually none. This is probably because I accepted some users from the backend.

How do I reset this.

Please provide the exact message it says so I can check what query it relates to. It checks for image approval, unban request, user reports, profile approval, and connection requests. It's using queries to check this so if you approved via CB > User Management then it should work fine. If you've caching enable try purging it in Joomla and see if resolved as module output maybe cached.

How did you approve the users exactly? Please try running user sync from CB > Tools.
