[DETAILS]
Kind Regards,
Website Administration Team
The idea is to have a multilingual welcome message depending on the language choose in the website.
You'd put the entire Subject or Body in a language string. Example as follows.
define( '_UE_REG_SUBJ', 'Hello [NAME]!' );
Subject: _UE_REG_SUBJ
Not sure if you can have language strings inside of language strings though, but you can try.
