On this link:

www.foxhuntinglife.com/profile/pluginclass?plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&cbpgacctno=5&cbppdtback=9af1c549e0dd0f8ef33d994450985952&cbpbasket=1571&cbpshopuser=7acff25df11cb7082d31bdac5f5dde8a&result=payform

When using Google Chrome or IE the page is broken, and the credit card submit does not work (no errors, just does not work). It works ok in Firefox and Safari. You can see the layout is all weird. Maybe it's some type of javascript conflict? How can I fix this? People cannot pay or renew as it stands right now. I tried to submit a support ticket with all required info (debug etc) and it would not go through, gave me a 500 server error. Please help, this is causing a real problem on my site. I know it's some type of template issue and I will contact template developers too but perhaps you can help me so I can get this working right.

Thank you for any assistance, I am desperate! Cheryl

You have cross content issues. Credit card pages are HTTPS unless you disable HTTPS usage in CBSubs > Settings > Credit-cards. You need to edit your configuration.php file and ensure $live_site is blank or set it to https if you absolutely need and understand the usage of such parameter.

Thank you so much! It has always been this way, i wonder if something changed on the browsers recently? But in any case i have switched livesite to https... how is that different from just forcing entire site to use SSL in the config?

I appreciate your help. At least people can renew now if they are on diff browser!

Just leave $live_site as blank and it'll switch to HTTPS properly automatically where needed. Setting it to https URL of your site will just causing anything that uses API to grab the site URL to be https version of your site. Forcing HTTPS on login, etc.. has no affect on $live_site as it's a complete override of your sites live_site URL that is pulled from API.
