Hello,

there is something very weird on CB profiles on my site. When I look at the Member Since data. It tells me 4 hours ago or 15 minutes ago. It changes by itself, I see the data arrives from the joc_user table which is wrong.

I don't understand what might be causing this continue change. I have users registered since months ago that find themselves with member since: 5 hours and last update: 14 months.

Is this member since actually the time of last login?

Thank you

"Member Since" as seen in CB > Field Management is the date they registered. It trys to calculate the time between then and now. "Last Online" is the calculate datetime between when they logged in and now. Do you have something that's altering the registration dates? Field action in CB Auto Actions for example? or a database query from somewhere? Did you alter the titles of the fields perhaps?

The field title was not change, there is probably something altering these dates, I have no idea of what it could be, but it seems that everytime someone updates their profile or are added to a new user group from the backend this happens.

CB Auto action is enabled to change these user groups and could cause this problem. I don't understand though why the registration date gets changed upon these updates

thanks a lot

CB Auto Actions usergroup usage does not touch the registration date. There is a 3rd field that tracks last update which is last profile update and it should change after a profile update. Registration date should be unchanged. CB fires normal Joomla user storage triggers so it could be a 3rd party Joomla user plugin doing this.

This is very weird because the registration date is getting changed. I don't have any third party plugin. Is there a way I can track when the change happens what is causing it?

thanks a lot

You can try using the CB Profile Update Logger to track profile changes, but I don't know if it'll track the registration date. Also will do nothing if CB isn't the one doing the change through API. Registration date should not change and we've nothing in place to change it so you've either configured something to change it or something is installed and changing it. Registration date is stored directly to Joomla in _users and not to CB.
