Hello! If I wanted to create a simple informational text area as a custom field, how would I go about doing that?

I would like to have for one or more of my users selections to be something like:
Do you like Music? (radio button) - Yes or No
Then field conditionals would determine, if No then show text statement field...
"We are sorry you don't like music. Please go ahead and register anyway"
Meaning this would not be editable, not a text area box. Just a simple text statement that I can use conditionals to tell the person registering what they can do next.

Make sense? This would be very helpful as the type of site I am creating may need me to help guide my users along with the process.

Thanks! (I searched around, but couldn't find anything that was titled anything that sounded like this although I'm sure there is info already out there as I would think this would be a common question.)

*also, I tried the 'Read Only' but I guess that only applies to the profile and not registration as the text area editor box still showed up with my details I filled into the 'default value' field.

Yes, this is possible. Simply use a delimiter field then use CB Conditional to show/hide it based off your radio field. Then use CB Privacy to disable the edit display of the delimiter field if you don't want it shown in profile edit.

Don't have a solution for this?

Sorry, missed your post.
