there is something that I do not understand:
I like to non-registered users may see subscription plans without showing form registration
If I configure Show subscription plans at registration: NO,
then subscription plans are not visible to non-registered users.
Then I can't do advertising of my plans.
That parameter determines plan access on registration forms (non-logged in users). You can't show just the plan to the user if they're not logged in as it'll always include the registration form. Logged in users will just see the plan as they are already registered.

The CBSubs module included with the CBSubs package can display the plan titles, but that's about it. You could also just create a Joomla article to advertise your plan.
