Edit your userlist within CB > List Management and scroll to the Columns display. Under each Column Title is a checkbox for Column Captions. Uncheck it for all the columns you don't want captions on (basically field titles).

Ok the Search user option....

i cant figure out how to temper that to get individual finds...

ie: Recent logins, Roles, etc...

**I see my buddy has a drop down box to search thru members for whatever is listed....

Again, read your documentation on pages 118 to 128 as this is explained in detail for you. I can't stress this enough as I'm not about to type out 10 pages of documentation to explain userlists to you. Please read it carefully.

For fields to be searchable they need to be on your userlist or your userlist set to display all searchable fields then you need to ensure your fields are set to be searchable in CB > Field Management.

I DONT NEED THE FULL 411...I KNOW...HOW TO READ....

all i want to know is how to make a drop down box appear to search by different fields...i have not been able to accomplish this

There is no dropdown box to search multiple fields. I've no idea what you're trying to ask. There is a dropdown box to change what userlist you're viewing, but that only shows up if you've multiple userlists. If you want to search fields you need to create fields and set them to be searchable within CB > Field Management. You then need to add them to one of the columns on your userlist or set your userlist to display all searchable fields.
