I developed the plugin as well as am support so there is no escalation.Well, that's not very comforting to hear, since I've paid for this software. and I will not go live with the site with a situation like this. So I'd like to escalate this issue to whomever it needs to go whether or not this is an issue on my side or in the core software.
As explained I don't know what it is as it's working perfectly fine in all my tests. Even working on your site it self.I have tested this issue with Chrome, Oprah, Safari, IE, and Firefox, so I know it's not a browser issue. If it's a configuration issue, i'd like to know.
