Well, that's not very comforting to hear, since I've paid for this software. and I will not go live with the site with a situation like this. So I'd like to escalate this issue to whomever it needs to go whether or not this is an issue on my side or in the core software.

I have tested this issue with Chrome, Oprah, Safari, IE, and Firefox, so I know it's not a browser issue. If it's a configuration issue, i'd like to know.

I can't stress enough, that this is delaying my production launch and the People I have to answer to are growing more impatient...

I developed the plugin as well as am support so there is no escalation.

As explained I don't know what it is as it's working perfectly fine in all my tests. Even working on your site it self.

If you PM backend super administrator login credentials again and include FTP login credentials I can try taking a look again, but I don't know what more to do as it's working for me perfectly fine. Have you had anyone else try their login and confirm their login is or is not working? The only thing I can think of that'd completely stop it like this is fatal JS errors as it uses jQuery to handle the popup, etc..

Ah, I think I see a potential issue. You've configuration.php configured with a $live_site and I can see some origin errors being thrown. Please do provide backend super administrator login credentials as well as FTP credentials and will see if I can fix it.

Basically you've your social site applications (twitter at least) configured for example.com yet are browsing to it at www.example.com . Those two are not the same. This causes domain or origin matching to fail and will cause the social sites to not function. You need to pick which you want to use (with or without www.) then have an htaccess redirect in place to ensure they always land on the correct domain for your site.
