I want to know, in CBSubs, how can I build an insert query which have some ata comps from me or cb fields, and others comes from a table.

ex
insert into #__test (a, b, c)

but a is a custom value : "test"
b is a values which comes from a table
c is a cb field

So, a and c I understand but b ?????

You can use select queries inside of insert queries. You can also use substitutions in the query when used in CBSubs SQL Actions. Example as follows.
Code:
INSERT INTO ( `a`, `b`, `c` ) VALUES ( 'test', ( SELECT `id` FROM `#__table` ), '[cb_text]' )

Below should also work.
Code:
INSERT INTO ( `a`, `b`, `c` ) SELECT 'test', `id`, '[cb_text]' FROM `#__table`
