I'll try to explain.
A user makes a guestbook entry.
Let's say at 11:00 clock (morning)
In this profile, however, appears at 12:00 clock.
Activity in the module is correct, a few minutes ago (when I look up shortly thereafter). But in the help window of time, then is "2013-03-21 T10: 00 +00:00"
I find myself out in the Joomla settings to no time. Is this a bug or I find the hook not only?

CB Activity works on UTC time. It then displays the activity with Joomla/CB offset applied. It does not use dates that are used by the actual activity as it's too unreliable.
