Field titles and descriptions don't use CBTxt usage. You need to create new defines for them and set the titles and/or descriptions as the new defines. Example as follows.

Title: _UE_PB_PUBLISH
Translation: define( '_UE_PB_PUBLISH', 'Auto Publish' );
