prefill mailadress in registration with invite link

Hello,

would it be possible to use recievers mailadress from cb_invites mail, to prefill the email adress field within the registration form?

The invite code itselfs is transported with the invite registration link to prefill the cb field invite code, so it should be possible i think...

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately no such feature is implemented. It uses the invite code encase they use an email address other than the email address the invite was sent to and allows for the invite to be properly accepted.

Hello Kyle

I understood your Point :-)

But it would made a more polkte Impression to invited users if the Email Adress is prefilled.
Another Point is: we already knew the Adress. Use it for more User comfort is a Smart Way and a plus Feature for your component.

In a usability Point of view it Save effort for 95% which are using the Same Adress and it does Not effect 5% Users which replace the Email Suggestion with a different One.

What do you think?

You're welcome to implement it, but at this time I've no plans to do so. Pre-filled data is an extremely touchy subject as many countries, states, provinces have widely different privacy laws. It's possible I can review adding a parameter to enable this in a future release, but for now it's not planned.
