Hi,
i try to achieve some sort of a course management with CB and GJ.
My idea is to open up a group that represents a cours for students. Now i can tech 24 students in every course. so i need a feature to restrict the group so that if a certain ammount of users has joined the group it will not be possible for others to join.
Perfect would be if there would be a way to queup all that apply after the first 24 so that if someone removes himself from the group another can join it.
if there is any other solution on that i would be happy to get a hint how to accomplish this.
thanks!
carsten
Unfortunately no such feature is present in GroupJive unless you use the Invite group type and manually invite only 24 people to join it. The alternative is to develop a new GJ plugin that acts on the group join trigger to count the number of users in the group and reject the join request if that number is 24 or more; don't think CB Auto Actions can do this as requires a API call to get the count.
