collecting users IP was created by demaz
Hello, as I use the IP of my users for opening virtual rooms on my server, is there a way to collect automatically the IP of the user and make it appear in a field of the profile. People they don't exactly know what is an IP and it's easier to collect it by this way.

Not yet, but a new plugin in development will. Currently you can only get the IP Address they registered with using the substitution [registeripaddr] in a delimiter field, but if their IP changed this won't be of much help. Alternative is to develop a new CB fieldtype plugin to retrieve current IP of the user and display it.
