CB File Field plugin 1.6: Unable to upload file on frontend

Hi Team

We are currently experiencing an issue with CB File Field plugin 1.6 whereby we are unable to upload any files (CVs in this instance) on the front-end. No errors are being generated to it is extremely difficult to debug.

Please note that the file upload process works as intended on the Joomla back-end via "Community Builder User: Edit". The uploaded file on the backend is visible on the fron-end after save.

I would appreciate any assistance and am happy to share admin details if required.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then attempt to upload and see if any fatal errors occur. Probably some sort of permissions issue; ensure the below paths have correct read/write permissions.

I did what you suggested but unfortunately I still cannot ascertain what the issue is.

Please ensure debug mode and maximum error reporting are set correctly in Joomla global configuration. Both are very important as without them errors won't be exposed. Once done re-test and see if any errors occurred. If none check server error logs and see if any errors during the time of upload occurred.
