I have an html groupjive wall post which is messing up the group display and I can't get to the edit buttons on the front end. Is there any way to edit a wall post in the backend without going to MySQL?

Your GJ is massively out of date. I suggest upgrading to 2.7.0. Note even with 2.7.0 you can not edit wall posts from backend; you need to edit from frontend or if absolutely needed through database.

No, we have some custom code in GJ that we want to keep, so I won't be updating this site's GJ for some time.

I was able to find the edit post URL by the post number and we were able to fix it.
