[SOLVED] registration email not sent

Hi team,
I use CB 1.9 and Joomla 2.5.9
When a user register in my website, he never received the firt confirmation email.
I said firt because if this user try to log in, then the email is sent again, and this time it works. So why not the first time ? I tested if different mailbox and I use PHP mail setting in Joomla

I have ever check all points of www.joomlapolis.com/support/faq/101-support/18207-email-issues but no solution.

Can anybody help please?

Is CBSubs being used on this site? By default CBSubs will delay the emails until after payment is complete (subscription becomes active). This can be changed by editing your plans and on the Workflows tab set confirmation to be before payment.

If I understand what you mean :
As I have CSubs which send email after paiment only, CB does not send them ?

In my plans I do not have any email configuration (neither in the worklows tab, nor in the email tab). Because I do not allow the plan on registration. Where can I find this setting too please ?

The Confirmation, Approval, and Welcome emails by default when using CBSubs always send after payment. The only way to change this is to set the emails to send before payment on the Workflows tab of your plans. The Welcome email always sends after payment no matter what I believe. So if you're using the offline payment gateway for example this could behave as you're experiencing.

I manage to solve the problem.

It's not a CBSubs problem but an autoaction plugin problem.

I created an auto action to put my users in plan with the trigger onAfterUserRegistration
then it does not sent the mail.

Now I set it to onAfterUserConfirm and it works perfectly.
