I don't have a clue what you're doing at this point as you're confusing User Management and Profile edit/view with the Payment Basket, which is the only location the invoice address can be changed.

I'm not doing anything other than reporting an issue that has appeared after we changed from the licensed version of CB Subs to the GPL version last month.

I think we've gotten off track here. Forget about baskets and notices and everything else. I only brought those up to illustrate what I found in trying to diagnose the issue. The bottom line is that when either registering a new membership or when a current member attempts to change their address during renewal, the system will not save that change.

So, if the developers did not want users to be able to make changes, then why is this option available? If this option was included to allow such changes, then it does not work and there is indeed a bug in the program.

I don't know how to express this more clearly.

So registration and profile update are not working? Or is it strictly the invoice address that is not changing when attempting to make a purchase? Please PM backend login credentials as well as provide exact steps to duplicate the issue and will take a look.

Registration and renewal both work fine for their intended purpose, but if a user wants to change their address or name while processing either, it will not save to their user account.

PM'd

Thank you

Have reviewed your install and the invoice address is updating fine. You're expecting when updating the invoice address for it to update your CB fields. As explained earlier it does not do this. The invoice address is stored in its own custom hidden fields that can only be displayed with substitutions and can not be edited from profile edit.

Your invoice fields in profile edit are just text fields, etc.. and are the sample data fields and have no relation to CBSubs. You can push the invoice address information to those fields using CBSubs SQL Actions using a database query though or maybe CBSubs Fields. CBSubs invoice field substitutions as follows.

[cb_subs_inv_first_name]
[cb_subs_inv_last_name]
[cb_subs_inv_payer_business_name]
[cb_subs_inv_address_street]
[cb_subs_inv_address_city]
[cb_subs_inv_address_state]
[cb_subs_inv_address_zip]
[cb_subs_inv_address_country]
[cb_subs_inv_contact_phone]
[cb_subs_inv_vat_number]
