Yes, you'll need to disable it by blanking out its subject and body within CB > Configuration > Registration and that'll stop CB from sending a Welcome email so only your CB Auto Actions emails will be used.Krileon - thanks for the reply. Could you please clarify something for me: once I create the email actions, what happens to the welcome email set in configuration? will it also be triggered and sent or the actions override that?
You want User Approval to happen before the email sends? Yes, this is possible to; simply use the after user approval trigger from the triggers dropdown (under Frontend & Backend) instead of after registration trigger.One more: if I have set Pending Approval Email in configuration and want to follow that part of user confirming their identity first before the 'welcome email' is sent (in our case the two emails to the two ACL groups) - what should I do?
