Force User to update new fields was created by artpol
Hi,
i have a database with several users that registered some time ago. Now i have set up some new required fields in the registration process. So new users will automaticaly fill in all required data.
Now my problem is that i need a solution to force my old users to enter this new required data as well before they can access other parts of my site.

so how can i force them to add all needed information right after the login before they have access to th page that is normaly the redirection target of my login process.

hope there is a way to get this done!
thanks in advance
carsten

There's no way to really force it. The best you can do is try using CB Progress Field and its redirect feature that will send them to profile edit if they've incomplete Required fields after login. They're free to navigate away at any time though and it doesn't stop the login process.
