PM with admin approval

I am looking for a way to allow users to communitcate with each other and send PMs but the messages can only be sent after an admin approves them. I thought of using Uddim but I don't see that function available. CB has all of the featured needed by my client except the PM with approval function. Would groupjive or some other package work better and have that function build it? Thanks for your help.

CB has no PMS built it. We integrate with UddeIM. I believe "Moderate new users" maybe what you're looking for on the System tab of UddeIM, but it requires premium plugin purchase from UddeIM from the looks of it and can't be completely sure this is what you need. I suggest posting to the below UddeIM forums to see if the "Moderate new users" is the correct feature, if the feature is elsewhere, or if it can be added.
