how to send a password only after approval

I 'm new to CB., try to figure out the system and need to upload a new site using CB very soon....

my question is:

I figured out how to set up the subscribe form with the validation by the moderators ok
But I would like the user in the first form to only put his name and send a CV for validation and at the moment the moderators approuve it , we send the user his password.

How do I set up the system to only send the password after approval?

You can't. By time approval happens the password is encrypted. The only way this would work is if you used randomly generated passwords as I believe it generates a new password on approval (or could've been on confirmation?). Alternative is to store the password as plaintext during registration and after approval send it then delete it, but I highly strongly suggest you do not do this.

indeed I remove the password from the subscribe form, and in the confirmation email I put a password I choose in order for them to login and then change a password they choose.
