I rearched this topic on the forum. I installed the CB plugin and I set up the tab to show the New Blog button. I successfully tested a user account to create a new blog.
I matched the categories of the blog exactly tot he categories of the Articles in my Joomla 2.95 system. I set up the default for blog entries as a category I named Blog.
I set up an Article Entry page on my site. Permissions are for registered users.
Now, the problem is a registered users can enter a blog article, but it is not associated with their blog by blog ID or Blog User.
I do not see these parameters anywhere in the article list.
I did not see an option to create an article related to the blog within the Profile.
So at this point, there seems to be no way to list the blog articles below the Blog tab for that user.
You don't use Article Submission page. You click New Blog on your Blogs profile tab to create a new blog entry. You need to have your Joomla content categories setup properly for it as well. Example Joomla category setup.

- Movies
- - New Releases
- Videos
- Sports
- - Football
Now within CB Blogs > Config > Blogs > CMS and select "Blogs" for "Section". Now you're done. Navigate to the Blogs tab on profile and click "New Blog".

To clarify then, a "Blog" is a single article then, within this component. A blog is not a collection of articles, is that correct?
Because I can create a new Blog but not an article below.
Click "New Blog" and create a new blog entry. It'll then show under their Blogs tab. The blog is tied to that specific user. You can also display all the blogs posted to your site using Joomla content displays if you want as they're stored to Joomla categories. If the terminology is confusing for your userbase they are all language strings so you can change it to whatever you like (e.g. New Entry, New Post, etc...).
