Didn't see it in the manual... is there a way to change the following verbiage only for a specific subscription plan?

No, you can't change it to be plan by plan. You can change a lot of those strings within CBSubs > Settings > Display > Plans and the various other display pages there. You can also change them using language strings. Best approach for general wording is to probably remove the strings all together or change from "Your current membership upgrade possibility:" to "Your current upgrade possibility:", etc..
