Point submission and tracking on a daily basis

Hello:

I am a bit of a novice to CB.

I need a certain functionality which I belive can be programmed with CB.

This project is intended to keep track how much registered users are reading. So I need a form in which each user can capture on any given day the number of minutes they have read.

So if they read 40 minutes today, they login to the user profile and select a form with the following fileds
Today's date (required)
Minutes read (required)
Book Title (required)
Author (optional)
Comment (optional)
Image (optional)

After they do this I need a list or something that accumulates the total hours that the user captures and is displayed on their profile.

I would also like to display the leaders in a module position (Name and hours)

CB doesn't have repeating fields (input a value, save, stores to table, displays table, fields reset, rinse repeat). You need a plugin that's designed specifically to provide such a functionality (CB Blogs lets users repeatedly post blog entries for example). So you'll either need to develop a custom CB plugin to provide such features or see if a Joomla extension is available on the JED below to provide this.
