Auto refresh of CB was created by dbradshaw
Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to auto refresh CB instead of manually refreshing the page. Currently if a user makes a post on a wall that post is not seen unless the user manually refreshes the page. Is there a setting I am missing?

Thanks in advance

We've no ajax auto updating for any of our plugins except CB Activity. If you're wanting to just refresh the page every few minutes you could add some javascript to the profile using CB Auto Actions to do this, but I don't recommend it as it's going to force page refreshes that may interrupt the user typing a long message for example.

That makes sense. What about uddeim, I have the notifications displayed at all times however new messages are only displayed if you refresh. this is normal? or should it update automatically?

Yes, this is all normal and is how most websites do and will function as well as many extensions. Most do not have inline ajax auto updating.
