Payment with paypal is not accepted. The following message is given by paypal:

This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the dealer.

Any idea? A track?

Which PayPal gateway? We have 3 (Standard, Advanced, and Pro). Baskets can't be paid multiple times so sounds like it's already been paid, but maybe PDT/IPN isn't configured so CBSubs never received confirmation of payment (or could be pending if done by echeck).

I think it is the standard Paypal gateway.

I made a new plan for testing and I get the message 'This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the dealer.'. This plan could not be paid because it is new, with a user which have no active subscription.

Do you think it could be a PayPal issue?

I will try to delete the Paypal gateway and set up a new one.

Strange, haven't seen this issue unless PayPal didn't communicate to CBSubs that the purchase was successful. Please ensure your PayPal account is configured properly with PDT and IPN (see CBSubs documentation for step by step instructions). Did you change the invoice number formatting within CBSubs > Settings > Display > Invoices? As misconfiguring this could cause all baskets to have the same invoice number and perhaps cause this.

You found the problem!

I do not know what was wrong, but the changes made have fixed the problem (I will reread the manual).
