Hi,
I have a cb-subs plan that has an offline payment gateway option. I want there to be an email notification sent to a moderator when an offline payment is made. As there is no option for this in cb-subs I used the Integrations part of the cb-subs Plan to add the user to a groupjive group. The thinking being that I could set the groupjive group to email notification of user requiring join approval. The cb-subs integration of users into a groupjive group is not triggering the email as expected.
Do you know any other way of sending an email notification when someone has made a offline payment of a cb-subs plan?
CBSubs has emails on a plan by plan basis. Simply edit your plans and on the Presentation tab configure your email address to be in CC or BCC. If you want the email sent to you only and not the user as well then install the CBSubs Email plugin then edit your plans and on Integrations > Emails configure a email to be sent to you.
