I have not even installed CB Facebook Connect
Let's talk about Facebook:
I have installed two field types : "facebook" and "facebook_social_plugin".
I want to try but do not display or editing profile or profile view.
I can not find help on Joomlapolis them.
Can you say how to start? What do they do that are not? Does that make?

I don't understand what you're asking. FBC doesn't have social plugin field. Only CB Connect does. The social plugin field is just the below Facebook Social Plugins rendered as CB fields. They have no profile edit display.
They also rely on Facebooks JS API library and if you've a fatal JS error present on your site they won't work. Check browser error console for any fatal JS errors.
