We recently installed the Community Builder Pro quick start package and started migrating user profile records from a legacy system. We setup matching fields using the field manager then loaded the profiles using CBJuice. Everything seemed to work really well. However, now we are trying to setup the registration page and have noticed that the core CB fields like company, address, zipcode, city, state, etc. are not showing. The are not listed in the field manager either. The are in the comprofiler_fields table but not listed as columns in the comprofiler table.

We tried running the tools and reloading the application but nothing seemed to resolve this. I have been using CB for years now and have never seen anything like this. Can you help me resolve this so I don't have to start from scratch again?

Thanks,
Scott

core CB fields like company, address, zipcode, city, state, etc. are not showing

They're not added unless you generate them with Sample Data tool within CB > Tools.

Apparently that is not true. They were there and did receive the data we imported. They were assigned to tabid 0. When we changed that to tabid 11 all the fields and data appeared.

Then I guess CB Juice imported them to a non-existent tab. Sorry, I don't know the details of CB Juice usage. All I can tell you is those fields aren't added unless Sample Data is ran.
