Hello,

When I look at a profile I sse this error on the top of the profile :

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /homepages/32/d420595512/htdocs/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.class.php on line 3559

I have Joomla! 3.1, C.B. 1.9, running through PHP 5.4 I saw someone on the forum with the same problem but it was with Joomla! 2.5.X so I do not know if the fix proprosed work for Joomla! 3.1 and by the way I do not know how to apply a fix.

Regards

Normal PHP 5.4 warning. It's due to enabling Nested tabs within CB > Configuration > User Profile. Please see the below bug ticket with patch to fix.

forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/3986

You should not apply patches if you've no experience with IDEs or patches as you risk causing too many problems. Click the icon next to the patch and it'll view it instead of download it. You can then make the changes manually (file path, code lines, and from > to is provided).

Thank you for your reply but I do not have any comprofiler.class.php file in the components/com_comprofiler/ directory.

Regards

Sorry I made a mistake, I did not see that it was in the administrator directory.
