Is there a way in the User Manager Advanced Search to change the drop down choices to only one option, or make one option the default - instead of No Preference. We always use "Contains Any Of" and it would make life easier if we could make that the default.

No, CB > User Management always uses Advanced searching mode.

I think you miss understand. In User manager -when we click on Advanced Search (under the normal search box) the advance search the default listed for each field is "No Preference" is there a way to change the default to something else like the dropdown option of "contains any of".

So if we do an advances search on first name - can we make the default "Contain Any Of" instead of "No Preference"

No, that would cause the search criteria to always be used when visiting user management.
