CBSubs Mailer - Send Monthly

Folks,

I would like to send a monthly invoice to subscribers that have not paid their membership dues. All expiration dates are set to 1/1/2013. I have the mailer set with the following settings:

Automatically send message at following date: at
Relative to this date of the plans below: Subscription's Expiry Date
To which plans this date condition applies: 5 of my plans selected
Must be in state: Active (Verified that all status' are A)
But do not send message if it's later than: 11 months after
Maximum messages in total (0=unlimited): 0
Maximum messages per customer (0=unlimited): 0

Based upon the above settings and an expiration date of 1/1/2013, shouldn't a mailer be generated every month for folks? Any thoughts as to why they are not generating?

Thanks,
Joe

You have its "Must be in state" set to "Active", but their state is "Expired" so it'll do nothing. Set "Must be in state:" to "Expired" or "Not Relevant" and it should work fine.

Kyle,

Thanks. Neither of those worked. Here's the issue. I have 50 members that can never expire or be deactivated, but we want to send an invoice if they are past the expiration date. If someone pays, there expiration date is reset +1 year. The non-paid members continue to have an expiration date of 1/1/2013 with a Status of A (Active). Any thoughts on how I can handle this scenario?

Thanks,
Joe

Strange, should be working. Do you have other mailers working and is just this one not working? Do you have any Conditionals configured on the Condition tab? Do you have access set to high on the Groups tab? I believe the mailer will only send it once. For example if "Automatically send message at following date:" is set to "1 month before" then it'd send 1 month before expiration then never again.
