Hi
i searching how to change the text that is shown after the user has registered (clicked register). i just tried to find it with phpmyadmin but in my tables i´m not able to find it so i could change it
any suggestions?

Need to be more specific as to what you want to change. All of CBs strings are language strings. They're either DEFINE or CBTxt usage. All the after registration messages can be found in CBs language files. Do partial searches as string are often broken up into multiple language strings or have %s usages.
