userslist id for joomla menu was created by diogotu
Hi,

Few time ago i was having an issue with userslist and joomla menu.

www.joomlapolis.com/forum/153-professional-member-support/171887-solved-userlist-id-in-joomla-17-or-25x-menu?start=12

After upgrading to joomla 3.0, i still having this issue, but now also i started to have problem with userslist sef urls. With joomla core sef and also with sh404.

I would like to know if it is going to be solved only with CB 2.0? And if there is any prevision for CB 2.0 be on! :)

Thanks

It's partially fixed in Joomla 3.1.1 and Joomla 2.5.11 thanks to Beats fix contribution, but there's still some issues. As before this is a bug caused by Joomla, which can't be fixed in CB. With 3.1.1 or 2.5.11 for example you should see the list id parameter now, but it may or may not work.

CB 2.0 isn't even remotely close to ready. We just finished discussions last week. Don't expect any sort of beta for at least 6-7+ more months. We hope to have a stable release or RC by end of year.

It's on Details directly under Type. It's not quite where it should be. Again, I don't know if it's fully working yet as we're only able to partially fix before the next Joomla release (2.5.11 and 3.1.1).

Thanks,

I'm having some issues with joomla core SEF and userlists.

I'm using joomla 3.1.1 and CB 1.9

When "Search Engine Friendly URLs" and "Use URL rewriting" are OFF. The userslist are working well.

But when i turn ON. "Search Engine Friendly URLs" and "Use URL rewriting". All userslists menu show the same userlist (the main userlist).

I have the same site but using joomla 2.5.11 and CB 1.9. In this version of the site the SEF works fine. No problem.

I would like to have some help! Did happend any change?

Thanks

Use Joomla SEF only. Disable SH404SEF and see if issue continues. Joomla doesn't strip parameters, but 3rd party SEF extensions will quite easily. SH404SEF is probably stripping listid from the URL (likely a rewrite rule in SH404SEF that you can delete too).
