Hi Support

I have a Site with CB on it.

In the Side bar on the top left hand side I have a “Recent Visitors” plugin active.

It all looks great for the following pages!

www.finalbug.net/home

www.finalbug.members area

www.finalbug.net/registration

But for these pages involving my Easy Blog Plugin it breaks down

www.finalbug.net/home/latest

www.finalbug.net/home/categories

www.finalbug.net/home/blogger

It is hard to find these pages on the site!

You get to them ny pressing the icons below the following Text

“final BUG Blog : Digital Post Production

final BUG is an informal network of film makers & post production specialists based in Berlin, Germany. Meetings are planned from October 2013 @ ADK on the first Wednesday of the month. In the mean time fell free to login or register if you have not done so yet.”

HOUSE/FOLDER/BLOGGERS

(I will try to attach a screen shot)

What I notice is that when I go here

finalbug.net/administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&view=module&layout=edit&id=21

To edit the menus that the Plugin turns up on there is no way to either add or remove the above mentioned pages i.e.

www.finalbug.net/home/latest

www.finalbug.net/home/categories

www.finalbug.net/home/blogger

They simply do not appear in the Module Menu Assignment.

Question is it possible to get the Recent Visitors to show up on Easy Blog Pages?

thanks

Paul

Your Easy Blog URLs don't work so I've no idea what issue I am looking for. I also have no idea what module you're using for Recent Visitors. I assume it's an S4J module? If it's not S4J module and not a plugin or module we developed then you should contact its developer for support. Inspected the module HTML source and looks like basic image elements surrounded by a link so don't see what could go wrong with it. If no URL can be provided to compare against then please provide a screenshot of it not working so can understand what's happening.

Hi Kyle

No idea why the links do not work!

If you copy and paste them they work.

Or

You get to them by pressing the icons below the following Text

“final BUG Blog : Digital Post Production

final BUG is an informal network of film makers & post production specialists based in Berlin, Germany. Meetings are planned from October 2013 @ ADK on the first Wednesday of the month. In the mean time fell free to login or register if you have not done so yet.”

***HOUSE/FOLDER/BLOGGERS***

As far as I can tell the plugin or rather "Module mod_cbuserlist" my mistake is standard CB stuff.

I am attaching another screen shot of how it should look.

*********************************************************

Links are behaving weirdly

Please Copy and Paste into Browser

www.finalbug.net/home

www.finalbug.members area

www.finalbug.net/registration

But for these pages involving my Easy Blog Plugin it breaks down

www.finalbug.net/home/latest

www.finalbug.net/home/categories

www.finalbug.net/home/blogger

*********************************************************

thanks

Paul

We don't have such a module. Here or at S4J. Please contact the developer of your module as it's not using CB API properly. The issue is the module is using relative URLs for its images, which isn't correct. It should be using API to retrieve avatars, which will have proper image URLs. When using relative URLs like images/folder/image.png and you have SEF enabled and navigate to site.com/home/latest then the relative URL changes to site.com/home/images/folder/image.png, which isn't correct.

Your links are not working for me weird.

they open in my browser like this

www.site.com /%3C/span%3Ehome%3Cspan%3E/%3C/span%3Eimages/folder/image.png

or bring me to a "Uh oh" page if I copy and paste them!

So in other words you are saying I need to be using this here : CB PB Latest?

Will dig through the documentation and see if I can get it working.

best

Paul

I am confused. Going in a circle!

Simple question?

What is the name for the standard Joomla Module that I need to show me the latest Users who logged in?

I am very sorry but being very frank I find your Site somewhat difficult to navigate and understand. Love your product though.

best

Paul
