I've created another auto-condition to redirect and tested both [var1_lastvisitDate] or [lastvisitDate] in my condition equal to 0000-00-00 00:00:00 but didn't work.

It always redirect as the first auto-action, this auto-action with condition seems to be ignored.

You need to have 2 redirect actions. 1 to test that it's equal to 0000-00-00 00:00:00 and 1 to test that it's not equal to 0000-00-00 00:00:00. This will give you first login redirect and regular redirect. It's no guarantee though, it's possible the field is being updated in object, but didn't look like it was in source.

First Login:
[var1_lastvisitDate] Equal To 0000-00-00 00:00:00

Regular Login:
[var1_lastvisitDate] Not Equal To 0000-00-00 00:00:00
