The groups access is blanked. See it directly under Type? You need to set an Access. The reason it's not showing is the user can't access it. Run GJ Tools and believe it should catch this or simply edit the group and fix the access manually. Also your group is missing the owner user (admin), which is not good; run GJ tools to fix that too.
