CB Search Bot has nothing to do with CB Userlists. CB Search Bot is a Joomla search plugin that lets you use Joomla search module to search for CB users on the fields you selected to allow for searching. Such fields need to be accessible to the user searching (so on apublic and published tab), set to be searchable, and set to display on profile. For Userlist usage information please see your CB documentation found in the Advanced downloads section.
