Install and enable CB Content Bot. Once done use any substitution you want in your Joomla articles. Note substitutions in Joomla articles must be surrounded with {cb:} for it to parse that block of text for substitutions. Example as follows.
{cb:[cb:userfield field="avatar" /]}

Dear sir,
I have used the bot cb_content plugin to print the member profile,
and now my problem is as a administrator if i want to print the members profile i have to login into their account and take the printout.
so is it possible to take their profile print out without loging into their account?

Yes, please see the substitution tutorial provided in my first reply. You can change what user is substituted by using the user="USER_ID" parameter.
